The Idea

SHOW. DON’T TELL.

BRIEF

Create an easier arrival experience for international visitors at King Khalid International Airport, especially for those who may not be able to read or understand the available signage.

OBJECTIVE

Make every step of the arrival process simple, clear and easy to follow, so passengers know exactly what is expected of them from the moment they land.

THE CHALLENGE

Signage was the obvious answer. But signs still need to be read.

With passengers arriving from different countries, cultures and languages — and some unable to rely on written instructions at all — we needed a way to communicate the arrival procedures without depending on words or sound.

THE CREATIVE ANSWER
SHOW. DON’T TELL.

We turned the entire arrival process into a simple, silent visual journey.

Using motion graphics displayed across airport screens, passengers could see exactly what to expect — passport, fingerprint, photo and entry stamp — before reaching each step themselves. frames

No voice-over. No lengthy instructions. Just simple visuals that make the journey easier to understand.
